Pied à Terre is nestled inside the Cadet Hotel, just a block away from the beach and Lincoln Road. Although we are loacted in the midst of the “South Beach Scene”, Pied à Terre provides an oasis of calm, discretion, refinement and casual elegance-- where guests can participate in conversation, without being bothered by an overwhelming loud environment.
The mission at Pied à Terre is to allow our guests to, truly enjoy in the fine French cuisine and the hand- selected and perfectly paired wines from around the world.
Pied à Terre serves true French contemporary cuisine, in the style of what is served today in two or three Michelin Star restaurants. Pied à Terre is dedicated to recipes without the use of creams, very little butter, nor flour or cornstarch in the sauces and reductions. We are proud to make everything in the house from scratch, useing only fresh products sourced from around the globe!
